Frequently Asked Questions – Prospective users

While you browse various sources, our clients are already preparing their bids…

Briefing e-services monitor all relevant sources across Croatia and the region where public procurement is published, ensuring you don’t miss any important tenders.

We track official gazettes, print media, other official sources, international tender platforms, and thousands of contracting authorities’ websites.

We monitor low-value procurement daily across thousands of contracting authorities’ websites. The service dedicated to this is Briefing’s Web Tracker (BWT), which focuses exclusively on low-value procurement.

You can subscribe to this service independently of the high-value public procurement service published on The Electronic Public Procurement Portal of the Republic of Croatia (EOJN RH). Alternatively, you can choose a package that includes both services, giving you full coverage of all tenders in Croatia relevant to your business activity.

Through the Briefing Web Tracker (BWT), you gain access to low-value procurement, which is published almost exclusively on contracting authorities’ websites. We monitor all such sources daily across thousands of links.

You can subscribe to this service on its own or combine it with tenders from The Electronic Public Procurement Portal of the Republic of Croatia (EOJN RH) to get complete coverage of all tenders in Croatia.

In addition to Croatia, we also monitor tenders across the region: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Slovenia, Kosovo, Montenegro, and North Macedonia.

  • Contact us at nadmetanja@briefing.hr or by phone at (+385) 1 5501 511
  • If you would like to test the service(s) first, sign up via free trial. One of our team members will contact you the same day to define categories based on your business needs. You will start receiving tenders to your email address(es) on the next business day.
*The trial period lasts two weeks and does not obligate you in any way. After it ends, you will receive an email with further instructions on how to subscribe, should you choose to do so.

Yes, you can. Fill out the form on the free trial page and select the country from which you want to receive tenders. You will then be guided by automated emails sent to your address, and towards the end of the trial period, you will receive an offer to subscribe.

The trial is free.

We will stay in touch and notify you in a timely manner before the trial period ends, along with sending you a subscription offer. If you prefer, we can also send the offer during the trial period.

You can subscribe for a period of:

  • 3 (three)
  • 6 (six)
  • 12 (twelve) months

A 12-month subscription includes additional discounts and offers the best average monthly value.

You can subscribe to:

  • High-value tenders published in The Electronic Public Procurement Portal of the Republic of Croatia (EOJN RH)
  • Low-value procurement published on contracting authorities’ websites
  • A package covering the entire public procurement system, combining both options to ensure you receive all tenders relevant to your business activity

You will be notified in advance before your subscription expires. Note: There is no automatic renewal without your written request or consent after the initial subscription expires.

The subscription includes, on a daily basis:

  • Monitoring tenders relevant to your business activity
  • Delivery to your email address(es)
  • Access to a searchable database of your tenders as well as all others (search by various parameters, customize email content based on your preferences, export to Excel, etc.)
  • Support from our team via email and/or phone

Tenders are sent on the day of publication by 12:00 PM and/or no later than the end of the same business day. Before they reach your email, they are already available in the searchable database or archive, for which you received login details upon subscription.

We do not rely solely on software-based keyword searches. Each tender is also reviewed manually and then sent to users according to the agreed categories that match the business activity the subscriber performs or plans to perform.

The list of categories is internal and not fully available to users. Our team will suggest the appropriate categories during a phone call, based on your business activity, to ensure you receive the tenders relevant to you.

The number of email addresses for receiving tenders is not limited. Additional email addresses are free of charge and included in the subscription.

Tenders are delivered via email in the form of links. If you prefer not to receive tenders by email, you can use the web service (searchable database) to find them using various parameters.

All tenders you receive via email are also stored in your searchable database or archive and are available even before they reach your inbox.

You can:

  • Easily review all your subscriptions if you monitor multiple countries, and check their status
  • Customize how you receive tenders by county or type of publication – for example, receive only tenders from a specific county and exclude others or document types you don’t need (e.g. consultations, corrections, cancellations, awards)
  • Search within a single service in multiple ways: by keywords and combinations, by region, date, contracting authority, subject of procurement, etc.
  • Access not only tenders selected for your business activity, but all tenders sent to all users within the service
  • Add notes to relevant tenders, which are also searchable
  • Export all or selected tenders to Excel

We will notify you in advance before your subscription expires, giving you enough time to renew.

The subscription does not renew automatically beyond the agreed period. If you wish to extend it, we will require your written confirmation following our expiry notice.
