What are the benefits of the searchable database I received login details for?

All tenders you receive via email are also stored in your searchable database or archive, and are available even before they reach your inbox.

You can:

  • Easily review all your subscriptions if you monitor multiple countries, and check their status
  • Customize how you receive tenders by county or by type of publication – for example, receive only tenders from a specific county, excluding others or document types you don’t need (e.g. consultations, corrections, cancellations, awards)
  • Search within a single service in multiple ways: by keywords or combinations, by region, date, contracting authority, subject of procurement, etc.
  • Access not only tenders selected for your business activity, but all tenders sent to all users within the service
  • Add notes to relevant tenders, which are also searchable
  • Export all or selected tenders to Excel

You can always view tenders in the database, which contains everything that has been sent to your e-mail address(es) since the moment of your subscription. You will receive your user details when you first subscribe. If you have forgotten them, please contact us.

You can change your email address at any time or add new ones at no additional cost!

Of course! Categories for tender monitoring can be changed, added, or removed at any time based on your needs. Contact us at nadmetanja@briefing.hr or by phone at (+385) 1 5501 511 to request changes.

All tenders you have ever received via email are stored in your database, which you can access using the login details provided at the start of your subscription. However, we can resend any tender to your desired email address upon request.

  • We do not send tender documentation, but instead direct you to the source via The Electronic Public Procurement Portal of the Republic of Croatia (EOJN RH). The advantage of this approach is that by accessing the source directly, you receive all subsequent related documents without delays caused by information forwarding.
  • For low-value procurement, we provide a link to the contracting authority’s website, where you can find all the necessary documentation.

However, you will receive all the details during the trial period and/or upon subscribing to tender monitoring in Croatia.

Of course. In your user database, you can select counties and types of publications to receive only the tenders you want directly to your email.
